By accessing or using the Contactless service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Contactless provides digital receipt delivery via NFC and QR code technology. The Service integrates with point-of-sale systems to deliver transaction receipts to customers electronically.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
The Service is billed at $19 per active terminal per month. A 14-day free trial is provided upon signup. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

You retain ownership of all transaction data processed through the Service. We claim no ownership rights over your business data. You grant us a limited license to process and display this data as necessary to provide the Service.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contactless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the billing settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
